Our production line is characterized by full integration and precision, where raw cotton is transformed into high-quality threads using over 26,112 spindles.
The line features multiple stages, starting from raw cotton processing to the production of threads in various counts, from fine threads (count 40) to thicker threads (counts 8, 10, and 12), catering to the diverse needs of our clients in weaving mills and apparel companies.
Our production line is operated by a dedicated team of 300 workers, distributed across 4 shifts, ensuring continuous workflow and optimal efficiency at every stage.
Our quality control team ensures product reliability, with monitoring during each shift and a final review team to guarantee accuracy before local delivery and export.
